The space The Garden room and bedroom suite are exclusively located in a 2 acre walled garden. The rooms face south and overlook the gardens which are beautiful all year with gravel pathways and colourful borders and areas of wildflower. The walls are surrounded by majestic trees which are filled with interesting bird life. The garden room offers an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The huge windows allow the space to be filled with light. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the tranquility and birdsong. There is a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven, Smeg fridge freezer and a separate booze fridge. You can dine outside in the garden or inside next to the cosy wood burner. There is a smart tv with Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc and comfy seating to chill out. You can have sounds via the Airplay speaker and if you need to work there is also a desk. A few steps away is the stylish bedroom suite with a comfortable super king size bed . Throw open the french doors and enjoy a morning cuppa looking out at the gardens. For the warmer nights there is a ceiling fan. A walk in dressing area and separate shower room completes the bedroom suite. Enjoy the private woodfired Sauna cabin beautifully located with views across the stunning Walled Garden. The vast Norfolk skies provide an ever changing backdrop, watch the sunset while the geese fly home and the stars emerge. (£65 per session). The property is located in the midst of the North Norfolk countryside with beautiful villages in every direction. The coast is famous for it stunning beaches and wildlife reserves. There are many wonderful stately homes and fantastic boutique shopping. For great food we are spoilt for choice from cool coffee shops to Michelin star restaurants and everything in between - we would be delighted to share our favourites with you. The perfect way to explore is by e-bike and these can be hired on site, we can provide you with lovely routes on quiet country lanes. The owners live on site in the main house, and are on hand for any questions you may have, however you will have absolute peace and privacy in the Walled Garden. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the Walled Garden, although we may need to carry out some garden maintenance, we will make sure this is done between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Other things to note We supply a basket of logs to get you started. If you should need additional logs for the log burner or fire-pit we charge £15 per basket. If you would like an early check in (2pm) or late check out (12 noon) please let us know - there is an additional cost of £35 per early/late check in/out.
