A 10m heated pool, a large grassed area, children’s playground & large trampoline, with space for parents to relax whilst keeping the kids in sight. The space The house is approached via a long gravel driveway and is very secluded with no visible neighbouring houses. OUTSIDE - Whether you're looking to relax and switch off completely or want to get the family together for fun and games this house has all you need. Parents can relax in comfort on two large patios complete with plenty of comfortable seating, sun loungers, Bramblecrest sofa sets and a large 12 seater dining table whilst the children enjoy the many activities on offer - large grassed paddock perfect for football, cricket or rounders or a game of Kuub (provided), a large trampoline and children's play area. To the rear of the house, accessed via the garden or the kitchen, is a 10m heated pool (which is all one depth throughout making it the perfect pool for family games as well as swimming) and plenty of seating including 4 sun loungers. There is also a covered seating area overlooking the pool which remains lovely and warm into the evening. Outside lighting on both patios means you can enjoy alfresco dining late into the evening. INSIDE - downstairs there are 3 large interconnected rooms for daytime living and relaxing plus a separate study. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room all overlook the pool. The kitchen has sliding patio doors opening out on to the pool, the dining room has full size sliding windows to bring the outside in and the Sitting room has bifold doors opening out on to the side patio. This is a house for enjoying the best the English summer can provide! The kitchen is really well equipped with all the essentials plus a Kenwood mixer, Nespresso coffee machine and air fryer. There is comfortable seating in the kitchen whilst the adjoining dining room can seat 10. Outside there is an Outback gas BBQ. Charcoal BBQ also available on request. For relaxing there is a very large living room which can easily seat 10 all at once. This room has a very large flat screen TV with Sky TV including Sky Sports. There is also an extra lounge area upstairs with large TV with PlayStation 5 plus an additional flat screen TV (with extra Sky box) in the Kitchen. There is also a quiet, secluded study with its own patio doors if you do need to work and the Internet is superfast (1 Gb). Finally there is a downstairs cloakroom and utility with washing machine (tumble dryer is upstairs). UPSTAIRS The bedrooms are set across two floors. Bedroom 1 - situated on the first floor, the master bedroom has a superking bed with Juliet balcony and gorgeous views over the gardens. Ensuite with bath and shower. Bath has a stunning view through picture window. Lots of hanging space. Bedroom 2 - a second master on top floor with a superking bed and gorgeous new ensuite bath and shower room with views over the garden. Bedroom 3 - situated on the first floor, this has a king bed. Bedroom 4 - situated on the first floor, this is our daughter's bedroom so is best used as a children's room. It has a double bed (there is also a full sized single mattress underneath - let us know if you plan to use this). It has a brand new shower room ensuite. Bedroom 5 - situated on the second floor next to Bedroom 2, this room has 2 twin beds. The first floor also has a Family bathroom and a children's lounge room for watching TV and playing games. Games consoles can be provided if desired (or hidden away if you wish!!). OTHER: There is plenty of parking around the property and there is also a veggie patch where guests can collect raspberries, strawberries and salads/ vegetables in season. There is a Tesla home charging station (Tesla only). Note the pool is available mid April to end September (October on request and may require an additional fee). Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the space apart from the separate annexe which is used as an office (will be unoccupied whilst you are here) and the large Shed. Other things to note This is our family home and best suited for family gatherings - it would be ideal for 2 family groups, with one family on each of the bedroom floors for example. Whilst the swimming pool has a child proof cover and is fenced, there is direct access from the house to the pool area so children MUST be supervised at all times. We have breakables on low surfaces. If you have young children and are concerned about your children breaking things do let us know in advance and we can try and clear low surfaces. No extra guests without prior agreement.
