The space D E S C R I P T I O N This beautifully styled 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home across two levels, provides stunning views of the clear blue waters of Jervis Bay. Located on the waterfront reserve with access to Collingwood Beach (a favourite swimming spot for locals), and the pristine waters Jervis Bay is famous for. Ceiling to floor glass maximises the stunning views, which incorporate vistas of Jervis Bay across the shimmering water across to the lighthouse at Point Perpendicular. B E D R O O M S ~ & ~ B A T H R O O M S The Master bedroom boasts a king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan Bedroom 3 has two single beds and direct access to the garden. Bedroom four has a queen bed and built in robes and is separate from bedroom 3 with bi fold doors Note: Bedroom 4 is accessed by walking through bedroom 3 making bedroom 3 and 4 ideal for a family to sleep in and not ideal for 2 separate couples. Bathrooms: Three in total. The main bathroom has a spa bath, the main bathroom is upstairs and the third bathroom services the 2 bedrooms downstairs and the media room A C C O M M O D A T I O N This beautiful home has open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with ocean views. The glass doors of the east facing deck open up to give a feeling of all being one with the indoor living space. You will love relaxing on the deck simply enjoying the stunning water views, or a spot of people watching of those below walking, running or cycling along the popular path to Huskisson. K I T C H E N The fully equipped chef’s kitchen with large island bench features a dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, commercial size fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and quality appliances. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans so you will feel right at home in this kitchen. A separate cocktail bar is adjacent to the kitchen Downstairs has a small kitchenette with mini bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities L I V I N G ~ & ~ E N T E R T A I N M E N T The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen opens out on to the full house-width undercover deck. The large lounge is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Spend the morning or afternoon on the North East facing deck watching the sun rise and set over the bay while enjoying a Barbeque with your friends and family. The deck features a full size outdoor dining table, a circular wicker lounge and large Barbecue The lower ground floor features a home office space, a kitchenette equipped with bar fridge, kettle, microwave and sink. The media room will be a favourite for the movie buffs where guests can settle in and enjoy a movie in the darkened theatre and sink into the reclining lounge chairs. T H E ~ L O C A T I O N With Collingwood Beach just steps across the beachfront reserve, the location is perfect for young families wanting to make the most of their rime at the beach. Also just a short walk from Vincentia shopping Village, where you have several local dining options, supermarkets, local butchers and cafes. Huskisson is a short drive, whether it be a nice restaurant for dinner, or a more casual breakfast or brunch. There are lots of cafes with good food and good coffee, as well as some delightful boutique clothing and homeware shops. The shared walking/bike path is in front of the apartment home, and you can walk or ride to Huskisson town centre in one direction and to Plantation Pt in the other direction. There are also Hyams Beach, Booderee National Park, and the town of Huskisson are all only a 5 - 10 minute drive. The White House is located right on the shared bike and walking path which takes guests into Huskisson or along to Plantation Point. For the adventurous you can continue to the White Sands Walk to Hyams Beach. On the day of arrival you will receive a text message with access information and codes to enter the property or access keys. Other things to note I M P O R T A N T B O O K I N G I N F O R M A T I O N This property is managed by a licensed Holiday Rental Company. We go far beyond what is provided by real estate agents in terms of service, cleanliness, presentation and quality of holiday homes. P R I C I N G Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay. If this happens we may have to cancel or move your booking dates. Please call us if you need to discuss. Please ignore the "Nightly Rate". The rates set by Latitude South Coast are calculated as a fixed amount for the first two nights followed by a lower nightly rate, or length of stay rates. This allows you to add extra nights at a discounted rate (the longer you stay, the lower the average nightly rate). Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't allow for the way we set our rates in their calculation. Please let us know if you have any questions about this. A R R I V A L A N D D E P A R T U R E T I M E S Standard check in time is 3pm, checkout time is 10am. Where possible and only outside of peak periods, early arrivals and late checkouts will be offered where possible, but not guaranteed. P A R T I E S, F U N C T I O N S and G A T H E R I N G S This property is advertised for the purpose of a holiday, not a party house or function centre. It is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet area. Guests that don't respect our neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond as per the terms and conditions. If you are planning a party, function, hens, bucks, schoolies, wedding or other gathering, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy. W H A T W E P R O V I D E To Make Your Stay Easy And Comfortable L A T I T U D E S O U T H C O A S T ensures linen is supplies for all guests, all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and bath mats. Beds are made up for you for your convenience when you arrive. K I T C H E N: Cooking essentials (pots and pans) and utensils are provided. If you are planning on cooking a specialty dish requiring a tagine, crock pot or cast iron casserole dish, we recommend you bring your own. C L E A N I N G S U P P L I E S: We provide surface cleaner, washing up detergent, dishwashing tablets/powder, kitchen cloths as well as cleaning equipment and tools for the B B Q. Items like cling wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels are also provide for your convenience. The pantry has all the basics including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar. Bathrooms have shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper. The property will have at least one set of shampoo and conditioner. We refill products supplied at the property to reduce the amount of plastic waste. Guests that remove these items from a property will be charged for replacement items to restock the property. Laundry powder or liquid is supplied for the washing machine. 1 Cot and 1 highchair is provided at no extra cost. We don't provide linen for your infant so please bring your own if required. If you find something missing or you would have expected to be at the house (within reason) please let Latitude South Coast know and we will endeavour to drop it off for your convenience.
