House located on Chuyuipe beach, Ballenita, has 3 bedrooms, large living room with TV and dining room, wifi, large patio with pool, BBQ area, pergola, hammocks overlooking the ocean. Closed garage for 2 cars. All bedrooms and the living room have A/C. Chuyuipe beach has several restaurants and a quiet beach, but with good waves for surfing. We are 5 minutes from the Ballenita pier and terminal and 15 minutes from Salinas. The space The house has a large living room with a Smart TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a half, 2 bunk beds, Smart TV, air conditioning and bathroom. The second room has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, air conditioning. The third bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, view and exit to the pool and air conditioning. The patio is spacious and has a swimming pool, BBQ area, pergola with hammocks, ocean view, shower area and outdoor bathroom.
