Cool in the summer, cosy in the winter. Fully equipped two bedroom apartment converted from a former winery/cave. Set in the sleepy village of Trejouls, Tarn & Garonne, only meters from the Lot border, with the villages of Lauzerte, Montcuq and Castelnau Montratier all less than 15 minutes drive away. Surrounded by stunning views of the local countryside, that along with a glass of Malbec wine will instantly immerse you into a traditional, rural French way of life. The space Our place is a tranquil former vineyard, situated on a wooded escarpment, looking down on the village of Trejouls. Peaceful and private, set in beautiful gardens that constantly change throughout the year. The apartment is semi-submerged, to maintain a constant temperature for its former use, careful contemporary design enables it to have natural daylight in every room. A double bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bedroom with two comfy beds and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The apartment is fully equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. A heated pool in the garden which the guests are free to use from 9am. Free parking available immediately in front of the apartment. A shaded and private terrace/patio to enjoy breakfast and dinner. A great place to relax and unwind or a great exploring area. Guest access We have a heated pool, which the guests are welcome to use from 9am. The pool is shared with other guests and the family. We have different gardens to explore and a small pond. Pool closed from 30/09/2024. Other things to note We are an old farm located in woodland, which is safe as long as sense and care prevails. Therefore, children must be supervised at ALL TIMES, especially at the pool and at our pond!
