Large sliding doors provide direct access to the garden and pool area, making it an ideal space to relax, socialize or enjoy peaceful moments with family and friends. On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed en suite with shower, one bedroom with two single beds en suite with a bathtub and one bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom for extra convenience. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and access to a balcony with pool views, providing a private and relaxing space. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the facilities needed to prepare meals easily and comfortably, with a breakfast table for more informal dining. The exterior of the villa is one of its main highlights, with a private pool, barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the sun, the outdoors and leisure time in the garden. Villa Samui is located in Montechoro, in a convenient area close to all amenities, with easy access to the center of Albufeira, the Strip and the historic Old Town, ideal for exploring the city and enjoying everything Albufeira has to offer. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
