Great little summer apartment in Hällestrand, with stunning lake views and two beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity. The place is very child-friendly, with opportunities to play football, volleyball, and mini golf. Canoe, kayak and mini golf equipment can be rented on site. There is a short distance to Nordby shopping center (18 km) and the summer town of Strømstad (9 km) with all amenities. The veranda has been extended in autumn 2025 and has now become larger. Pictures of the new porch will be coming. Guests must bring linen and towels. The space The apartment is small and intimate at 33 sqm. There is a combined living room and kitchen with dining area for four. The bedroom has two double beds, one bed of 120 cm and one of 150 cm. Right inside the bedroom there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is in a row with six other apartments. The row is closest to the beach. Electric car chargers are under construction and will be ready for the summer season 2026. There is a one-time fee of NOK 50 for parking upon arrival. The landlord's key card is otherwise used during the stay. Guests are responsible for disposing of food waste and residual waste, the place has its own garbage station. Guest access Access to two beaches in the immediate vicinity. In the main house there is a kiosk, gym that can be rented, and here you can also rent a canoe, kayak and equipment for mini golf.
