We have also set up 2 different workspaces for anyone looking to work remote from the cottage. One is in the family room next to the fireplace and the other is in one of the bedrooms. There is also additional space in the dining table and breakfast nook. A newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. It has a brand new kitchen, new carpet throughout, garage and laundry. It is close to everything Canandaigua and neighboring towns have to offer: wineries, restaurant, lake access, antique stores hospitals and farms. It is a cute home and centrally located. We have spent a lot of time in Canandaigua and happy to make recommendations for wineries, breweries, antoque shops. farms to visit and things to do! It is located very central with mamy attractions just within 30 minutes. It also has a spacious backyard with a nice outdoor seating area to enjoy it.
