Pink Paradise Beachside Bungalow

3 bedroom, 1 bath beachside ranch. Our home is located within walking distance of a deeded beach access. Want a beach with lifeguards and other amenities? Paradise Beach is two blocks to the south and has lifeguards, bathrooms, a playground, food truck, beach volleyball, pavilions and more. Our home is stocked with all you need to enjoy your vacation. You will love this location on the beautiful Space Coast. The space Our home is a cozy, simple and warm, 3 bedroom ranch located in a quiet residential, beachside neighborhood. If you are looking for a “no frills” beachside home then this is it. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed and one of the bedrooms has an additional twin bed. Each bedroom has a large closet and small night stands for storage. The kitchen has a large counter with 4 stools to enjoy your meals and there are also two outdoor dining tables on the deck. We prefer to eat at the counter or outside, therefore we do not have an indoor kitchen table. We have been using this home as our vacation home for the past 19 years so the kitchen is stocked with essentials. The only TV in the home is located in the rear sunroom and it is a Roku smart TV. We have always preferred the simplicity of an “unplugged” vacation so we are not a high tech home. We do have WiFi for all of your devices. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, fishing gear, surf and boogie boards, bikes, umbrellas, beach wagon, kids toys, coolers and an additional refrigerator. The backyard is fully fenced and private. Your dog will love the room to roam. There is a large wooden deck and sunshade to keep things cool. There are fruit trees to enjoy depending on the season. This has been our vacation home for 19 years and have only recently decided to rent it out when we are not in town. All of our neighbors are full time residents. If you are looking for a party house or will be playing loud music, this is not the right home for you. Our neighbors keep an eye on the home and we are in contact with them regularly. If you are looking for a comfortable, low-key home, in a beautiful neighborhood we welcome you with open arms. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property. No other guests will share the property.
