Villa Anasa" (“breath”) is a brand-new sunlit contemporary villa, with a large private pool, located at the peak of Dikastika hill in the Marathon region of Greece, just 3km away from Schinias Beach. Due to this location, the villa offers panoramic views of Evia Island and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. In-villa breakfast, dining and Private Chef – available upon request (chargeable). A private villa chef will prepare delicious, authentic meals in the local cuisine for you. The space Accommodating up to 6 guests, the villa is spread over three floors. Middle level: the main entrance welcoming guests to the cozy living room with comfortable corner-couch, fireplace, 55’’ HDTV and unparalleled views of the Aegean blue. The fully equipped kitchen with island breakfast counter offers the enjoy for preparing homemade meals in style. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower. From this level the guests have direct access to the pool terrace with shaded outdoor dining area. Upper level: the stairs take you to the upper level with two beautifully appointed bedrooms and a bathroom. The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, large size closets and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds (that could easily be converted into a queen size bed if required) and two closets. Both bedrooms have open view to the Aegean. The shared bathroom has the second shower on the floor. Lower level: the stairs down from the middle level takes you to the Master bedroom with queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, large closets and a large window to the Aegean. This floor can have extra privacy from the rest of the residence as a separate entrance is available. To ensure your comfort and good night sleep, all mattresses are of signature brands made of natural materials. Additionally, a small laundry room with a washing machine is available. Guest access At Villa Anasa, guests have access to all areas of the house, although please note that the villa may not be suitable for individuals with mobility challenges due to the presence of stairs. Other things to note At Villa Anasa, guest will enjoy the amazing pool terrace and sun deck. It is only 38 km from Athens International Airport and only 50 km from the vibrant city center of Athens.
