Former parsonage by the lake

The vacation home in Vielitz offers a perfect opportunity to escape city life and relax in the nature of Brandenburg. The village is surrounded by forests and lakes that are ideal for walks, hikes and bike tours. Lake Vielitz is a 2-minute walk from the house and is suitable for swimming, boating and SUP paddling. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden offers peace and relaxation, while the terraces are perfect for cozy outdoor dining. The space Outside: The house is located right next to the small village church made of field stone. A short access road leads to the lake. There you can either jump into the water directly via one of the jetties or walk a few meters to a small sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for small children. In winter, the lake is sometimes frozen and you can best enter it and go ice skating. Around the village there are several forests within walking distance where mushrooms grow in the fall. Other lakes are quickly reached by bike or car. The large garden behind the house borders on one side of the neighboring road and on the other two sides of the neighbors' gardens. In the garden there are several seats, a large outdoor dining table and a high-end gas grill. For children there is a small tree house with a slide and climbing wall as well as a sandbox. In autumn/winter (October - March) a private outdoor sauna is available. First floor: On the first floor there is a large kitchen-living room with cooking island and direct access to the terrace and an open access to the living and fireplace room. From the fireplace room you can access a small single room overlooking the village road. In addition, on the first floor there is a spacious bathroom with window and two double bedrooms, one of which overlooks the garden and the other has a window to the village road and the small cow pasture opposite. Upper floor: On the upper floor, there is another large living room with TV. From this room you can access a guest toilet and another double bedroom with its own small shower room (shower & sink). The bedroom offers a view of the garden and a little of the lake. All bedrooms have high-quality mattresses, bedding and a wardrobe or clothes rack. Two of the bedrooms offer ample space for a separate baby crib, which is gladly provided on request. Three of the four bedrooms also have their own small desk. Other things to note It is 50 meters to Lake Vielitz. A little further on, there is a small swimming cove with sand, which is perfect for swimming and for children. Around Vielitz there are other wonderful bathing lakes that can be reached by bike or a short car ride. In the village itself, there are no shopping facilities. The nearest shopping facility is in Lindow about 8 minutes by car.
