Charming Villa with Garden

Welcome to our family home! Enjoy an exceptional setting during your vacation while discovering Paris and its surroundings. Perfectly suitable for families, our house is located 15 km from Paris and 700 m from Ermont-Eaubonne train station. This station will allow you to reach Gare du Nord (17 min), Gare Saint Lazare (25 min) and the Eiffel Tower (35 min). Enjoy a comfortable house, a large garden and its terraces, a swimming pool, gym, a giant screen, ... The space You enter the outdoor courtyard (possibility to park 2 vehicles), via a gate and electric gate. Our fully renovated house has all modern comforts (electric shutters, home automation, air conditioning on the ground floor, insulation, etc.), while retaining the old-fashioned charm on the outside with its exposed stones on its facade. The living spaces are particularly spacious and bright. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance and a toilet with sink, then the living area of about 75 m², with its open kitchen, dining room and a large living room with its 3.5 m home theater. Through the French window of the dining room, you will have access to the back of the large garden (play area, swimming pool, vegetable garden, etc.) and its 2 terraces. The 1st floor serves the 2 bedrooms of our children, and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. In the children's rooms, we can add 1 mattress on the floor if needed. On the 2nd floor, you will find the master suite with its private bathroom and a small attic bedroom as well as a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and drying rack). We can provide a baby bed and a high chair for baby (please let us know your needs when booking). Our house has a garden of about 680 m2, a terrace for meals (with barbecue/pellet smoker, electric plancha), a second terrace with garden furniture in the shade of a very beautiful weeping birch that will bring you a very pleasant shaded space as well as a heated pool (heat pump between 25 and 30 degrees). Children can have access to a wooden cabin, a small sandbox. At the bottom of the garden, an ORGANIC vegetable garden (tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers and zucchini, aromatic herbs, etc.) is at your disposal, feel free to use it! And finally the enclosure of our 3 chickens. You can go see them without fear and pick up the fresh eggs if our ladies are laying. In the basement of the house, a small gym with TV and Chromecast is accessible. Guest access The house is open for rent, only, during our holidays. A room of the house will be closed to put our personal belongings and to make room for you in our cupboards, the outbuilding at the back of the garden and the garage will not be available either during your stay. The living room bay window is very difficult to open and close (once opened), we want it to remain closed, so we will not leave you the keys to this bay window. Nevertheless, to access the garden, the French window of the dining room is just as effective. All the rest of the facilities are available. Other things to note The 3.66 m tubular pool is not deep, but must remain under the constant supervision of an adult. The tarp makes it possible to maintain a good water temperature, so it must be replaced regularly and especially at night. If you go to see the chickens, please make sure they return to their enclosure in the evening. Their chicken coop closes automatically at night to avoid any risk of being eaten at night by a nice hungry fox. And if you let them wander around the garden, they may very quickly be attracted by the vegetables in the vegetable garden... Registration Details 95203000063F5
