Situated just off Highway 50, our place offers quick access to downtown and a straightforward route to the Sierra. Guests have access to the whole house. For nature enthusiasts, our area features 70 serene acres of creek channels and tributaries, providing a peaceful escape for those seeking tranquility amidst urban life. Moreover, we take pride in hosting over 100 mostly free events throughout the year, making us a magnet for artists, adventurers, and anyone with a passion for fun. Parking is plentiful and it is easy to get around both in car and public transportation. Just a short 3 minute walk to light rail gives you access to the whole metropolitan area Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed. - Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect. - There is a set of stairs that lead from the kitchen to the garage, proceed with caution - No parties allowed. - No smoking inside the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee). - No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis either). - We have cameras on the outside of the property that actively record video/audio for security reasons.
