Private Bedroom in Shared Apt.

The apt. is in a gracious, prewar building in the historic Audubon Park district of Manhattan--a leafy corner of SW Washington Heights. (It is the only Riverside Drive address in Manhattan with a subway on the corner.) Guests have a private bedroom in a large two-bedroom apartment and use of the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. (Host occupies 2nd BR.) The building is located near Columbia U., NY Presbyterian Hospital and City College, on the corner of a #1 subway stop. Seeking women only. The space The guest bedroom is furnished with a double bed, dresser, night table, upholstered chair and large closet. Guest access Guests have a private bedroom, a shared bathroom and use of the common areas of the apt.: living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Host occupies 2nd bedroom. No smokers, please. During your stay I'm available for any help/information you may need in person and via text.
