The Little House

The Little House is located about 100 feet behind my house. It is typically for traveling professionals staying 1 to 4 months. However, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis and based on availability. The space The front room is the living area and queen bed, and has a desk and smart TV. The middle of the house has a dining table, washer/dryer and bathroom. The full sized kitchen is in the back. It is fully stocked with plates, utensils and pots/pans for your use. The house located on almost two acres, about 100 feet behind our own house. There is a touchpad keyless entry door lock on the front door, as well as keys supplied. Located in a rural area but 12 minutes to all stores and restaurants including Walmart and Aldi, and 4 minutes to Publix. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note House rules: - No smoking, vaping, etc - No animals - No parties or gatherings -No overnight guests without prior approval - No music that is audible outside the house - No illegal drugs -Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products There is a walk of about 200 ft or more from where you park your car to The Little House. It's right next to the side of our own house and is very safe. There are motion sensor lights to light your way to the house. There are steps to go up the porch to the house and no disabled access.
