Cozy room close to CDG airport and K line

Welcome to our private room, ideal for travelers in transit or on business trips! Located on the 2nd floor, it offers a quiet and comfortable space, close to CDG airport (20 minutes by car) and the K line to Gare du Nord in 30 minutes. You also have Parc Astérix 30 minutes away, La Mer de Sable 15 minutes away and Disney 40 minutes away by car. PS: We have two small dogs. Free parking 20 meters away The space ✨ Available: • Comfortable bed for a good night's rest • High speed WiFi • Small portable air conditioner, flat rate of €5 per day 🛁 Please note about the bathroom: The bathroom is usually private, but sometimes it may be shared occasionally, depending on availability and needs. We always make sure that the space remains clean, pleasant and respectful for all users. Guest access Guests have a private bedroom, access to the bathroom (shared with another guest only if the second bedroom is occupied), the toilet and the garden to enjoy the outdoors. A space in the garage is available for bikes. The kitchen is not normally accessible. However, depending on my availability and on an exceptional basis, I can authorize access. Please feel free to ask me before your stay. During your stay We are on site throughout your stay. We will be happy to chat with you if you wish and advise you on transportation, restaurants and places to visit in the area. Other things to note The bedroom is in the attic, offering a cozy and cocooning atmosphere. The charm of the beams and roof slopes creates a unique and pleasant atmosphere. ⚠️ Note: the ceiling height is lower in some places, which requires a little attention, especially for tall people. ⚠️ Also note: the bedroom is located on the second floor, and the stairs to access it can be a little difficult for people with limited mobility. ⚠️ Finally, being located in the attic, the room can become hotter during periods of high heat. Although amenities are provided to improve comfort, the temperature may remain high during heat waves.
