A diner booth for meals, or working at home! A short hop from Toronto, Dufferin County has all you need for a relaxing getaway! And if you want to use your own devices, no sweat. The wi-fi connection is great and the TV is screen mirroring capable...so you can use your devices on the big screen! -BBQ: As far as outdoor dining goes, please bear with us as we are coming to the end of a large renovation and landscaping is the next one to do. That being said, you have a well maintained bbq steps from your door and a cute bistro set to enjoy the fresh air :) You will find the cooking utensils in your unit. If you are looking for a bit more room to stretch out, not to worry, there is a larger deck area that you may be able to use from time to time, when it's free. -Cozy seating area with armchairs, table and ottoman. Have a beverage, and sit in comfort. *These are not shown in the cover pic!* -Air Conditioning is installed and blowing ice-cold! -Keurig Duo Single Serve/Carafe coffee machine! Use a pod to make one delicious cup of joe, or the classic ground beans for a nice big pot. We will provide you with a little of both on check-in, to get you started And for those who need to work from home the diner booth is perfect: -Loads of room to sprawl out your equipment and stationery on the table -The fast, reliable internet with unlimited download will meet all your connectivity needs. You can smoothly face-time or zoom with your clients & co-workers. -There is good lighting at this spot day or night. -There is a power bar set up for you, right at the booth. There is a nice bit of downtown chatter during business hours, and the windows let in lots of natural light during the day. Then it slows down and is calm in the early evening, throughout the night. The unit spans the whole upper floor of the carriage house, and is the only one in the whole building. -There is parking right in front of the unit, so you wont be dragging your luggage too far! - the Wifi is fast and strong all over the WHOLE property. (**PLEASE NOTE : THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION. There is still a BBQ space and a little outdoor seating area. Once the renovations are completed we will update the listing and add pictures of our new and improved and exclusive outdoor patio area for you to enjoy.) Other things to note BOOKINGS Choose your dates, & book instantly! You can select different date combinations, starting with a 4 night minimum up to a 28 night stay, right now. Then, the cleaning crew shall make it sparkle, with special attention paid to things like sanitizing all high-traffic/high-risk surfaces: floors, light switches, counters, door handles, bathroom fixtures & way more! Our team is well familiar with the products & their respective dwell times, that have been certified by the EPA to annihilate viruses like covid-19 . They are also adhering to all procedures & recommendations made by Health Canada, the CDC, etc. And for longer stays, if you want an extra professional cleaning done, this service can also be arranged for you (& extra costs negotiated). It would be impossible to completely guarantee a 100% sterile environment. But if you do book with us, you can rest assured that no expense has been spared, on every reasonable action to be taken, for us to ethically operate.
