This renovated, fully equipped and highly functional 140 m² holiday home is located in the heart of Ploubalay (Beaussais-sur-Mer). Tastefully decorated, it is the perfect spot for family or friends to enjoy a getaway. You are close to the beaches (5 minutes by car) and all amenities (just steps away), while also benefiting from a 500m² enclosed garden and a peaceful neighborhood. The space ⚠️Sheets are not included for stays of less than one week. They can be provided for €10 per person per stay. Please make the request at the time of your booking. Towels and small household linens (tea towels, bath mats, etc.) are always included in the price of your stay. Ground floor: - Bright, spacious living room with a wood stove (wood not provided but can be purchased at the nearby garden center). - Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, dishes, etc.). - Cozy TV area for relaxing moments. - Master suite with a double bed (160x200cm), dressing room, and en-suite shower. - Separate WC. First floor: - Master suite with double bed (160x200cm), private bathroom, and washing machine. - Bedroom with twin beds (2x 80x190cm or combined into 160x190cm). - Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 90x190cm). - Open bedroom (closed off by a thick curtain) with a single bed (90x190cm). - Shower room. - Separate WC. - Large landing with desk. Outdoor: - 500 m² enclosed garden with terrace, outdoor dining table, and parasol. - Small sheltered area with a barbecue and space for storing bikes. (The large outdoor shed is not accessible.) - Outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. Location: - All shops are less than a 5-minute walk from the house (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, hairdresser, post office...). - Only 3.5 km from Lancieux beaches (5 min by car or 10 min by bike via a cycle path). - 10 minutes from Saint-Briac and Saint-Lunaire, and 20 minutes from Dinard and Saint-Malo. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests, except for the outdoor shed.
