While this house sits on a wooded 1.6 acre lot on Wallings road which is 35 mph double yellow road, the house sits a ways back from the road. With the trees you can barely see any neighboring houses and it is a nice nature environment in the yard. The driveway off Wallings curves up to the house and there is plenty of parking up by the house. Plenty of flowers, bushes, etc. outside with a deck, deck lights, etc. to enjoy sitting outside. The entire house, driveway, and yard! House located on Wallings Rd, a half mile from route 77 in Northeast Ohio. Very convenient location to get anywhere in the greater Akron/Cleveland area. The Cuyahoga Valley National Park has several entry points very close and the Metroparks in Brecksville are just a few minutes away, too. Private driveway with parking right next to the house. There are plenty of towels and kitchen essentials. There is a dartboard, board games, and plenty of books throughout the house. Good storage and closets here, too. Plenty of parking with the driveway being like a small lot for up to 3 or 4 cars. Two lounger chairs available for your use, also. Pets are welcome please just disclose with us so we know they’ll be accompanying you! The yard is great for a dog to run around.
