The home is located in Gray, TN, just minutes from I26 in between Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. You pick the pace of your stay, from the excitement of NASCAR racing to trails, lakes, rivers, and parks. Visit the oldest town in TN, historic Jonesborough. Appalachian Fairgrounds is a walk away. The space *The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with birds singing throughout the day. The street is not a busy street with mostly neighborhood traffic. *There is a big back yard. The back section of the carport offers a place to grill and sit to enjoy the fresh air. Cooking utensils are provided for the grill but guests will need charcoal. *There is a big carport and a driveway big enough for kids to ride bikes or scooters. This is also the designated smoking area with ashtrays provided. *The living room and kitchen are very large. The sofa is a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, dishes, cookware, and a coffee bar. There are some cleaning supples and garbage bags located under the sink. *There is a sitting area and workstation with the laundry room off to the side. There is a small supply of laundry pods and dryer sheets in a container by the washer. * There are three bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. One has a full size bed, and one has a twin bed with a trundle. All beds have memory foam mattresses. Black out curtains are on the windows and extra blankets are located in each closet. *There are televisions in all bedrooms and the living room. YouTubeTV will be available and you are welcome to log into any of you own personal apps. *There are two full baths with a bathtub in one and a shower in the other. Each is stocked with starter supplies of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and soap/bodywash. There are towels, washcloths in both bathrooms and a hairdryer in the hall bathroom. * There is a huge unfinished basement area with sections of different entertainment…a game table with games available, cornhole, a tv section with recliners and a swing, and a kids corner with a twin bed, toys, books, and art supplies. Guest access You will have access to every room in the house except for a storage area in the basement area. Other things to note There are things available for small children. A pack n play and high chair seat that is located in the hall linen closet. A baby gate is provided by the stairs. There will be starter supplies for essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher and dish detergent, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Once the supply we offer is out the guest is responsible. The garbage container located in the carport will be checked/emptied on Mondays and Thursdays. The lawn is mowed and maintained once a week so you may see someone outside.
