This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment (each 1 Queen Bed) is part of Kata Ocean View, an amazing residence with full sea view of the Kata Bay. The condominium has a pool. It has 2 bedrooms and the living room as well as a large balcony. The condo is fully equipped and modern so that you can fully enjoy your holidays. We are happy to welcome up to 4 guests at this unit (2 beds). The space House rules 󰀥 Check-in: After 3:00 PM 󰀥 Checkout: 12:00 PM 󱤈 No smoking 󱤆 Pets after extra approval 󱤂 No parties or events The Apartment needs to be locked when leaving the apartment No overuse of Air Conditioning and other electricity and water use (e.g. leaving it on while leaving the apartment). The maximum of amount covered in the monthly price is 5000 THB (calculated on a daily basis), which is the price for already high usage of 4 people in the apartment. Guest access The property has a wellness center onsite (Santosa) - which include gym and sauna (for a fee, NOT included in the rent). Fitness classes, juice bar and delicious vegan restaurant - are pay by use (but very reasonable prices). Usually, there is a daily shuttle to the beach that leaves at 7:30am and 16:00. It will also return you to the apartment at 8:30am and 17:30. Tickets can be purchased at reception for 100 baht. Other things to note Paper products and personal items such as shampoo and soap are not provided. There are 7-11's & Family Mart's everywhere to get these things. Close by (3kms) is "Home Pro Village".
