Book your stay now! The living space is inviting with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. A cozy wood burning fireplace, comfy couches, and flatscreen tv create the perfect hang out space. The master with king size bed is upstairs as well as the second bedroom with two twin beds. They share a full bath. The downstairs bedroom with queen bed is just across the hall from the downstairs full bath and next to the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Not like a typical rental's kitchen, our kitchen is fully stocked because we use this house too! Pots, pans, large toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, microwave, etc. We have all the essentials. And there's a good chance our favorite hot sauce is in the cupboard for you too. The dining area is connected to the kitchen and is a family-style table with benches that seats six. You have access to the entire house and yard. Please note that the garage is off limits, other than the washer/dryer. Even though we won't be there to greet you, we are accessible and want to make sure your stay is perfect. We'll contact you by phone/text to make sure everything is perfect and to answer any questions you have. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, right on the outskirts of town. Walking distance to the Calawah River. Walkabout street/neighborhood. It frequently has deer and sometimes elk so please keep your dog on a leash. Driveway parking available - maximum two vehicles. There's room for a truck w/ boat too. We have created fun family memories in this home with our kids and we hope you do too. But please be aware that the steps going upstairs are a little narrow so please be attentive to children as they go up and down the stairs.
