The space Welcome to the Loft de L'Ecluse 2 in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, ideally located a 10-minute walk from downtown. The loft comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. The house has an open living space with the living room, dining room and kitchen. The room offers a beautiful cathedral-style ceiling height where natural light bathes the space thanks to the bay window overlooking the Japanese garden (south-facing). The perfect spot to read a book or just contemplate the surrounding nature. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso, kettle, dishwasher etc.) with all the utensils to cook as at home. A washing machine is also available. The living room offers a seating area with a wood stove (we do not provide wood) and a dining area with a large table facing the bay window. The entire gîte is on one level and also serves 2 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The bedding is new and of high quality. The waxed concrete bathroom contains a shower and sink. Completely renovated in 2023, the loft has been redesigned with attention to detail with a refined and warm decoration that blends harmoniously with design objects and treasures brought back from distant trips. Each room tells a story, inviting you to travel around the world while soaking up the unique atmosphere of Saint-Valery-Sur-Somme. Guest access You will have access to the entire loft and part of the garden. Another adjoining loft is available for rent with a capacity of 3 people, which can make an overall capacity of 7 if you rent the whole. Please don't hesitate to ask us for information.
