Beach chairs are in the outside storage area. Guest access This unit is on the second floor of a single-family home. There is a wraparound deck with seating. The laundry room is shared space and can be accessed through the backyard. There is also a gas grill in the backyard that is available for use. If you bring a pet and wish to use the backyard, you may need to coordinate if there is a guest in the bottom unit.
