You are welcome to enjoy this space but you are also required to keep it clean and take anything you took up there with you otherwise you can be charged for the cleaning. We do not allow access to the lounge area or the theatre. It’s off limits. We Do not allow parties of any kind. Should you be found having a party you will be evicted from the building without a refund and reported to Airbnb for breaking of the rules. We do not allow CATS in any property do not even ask. When walking your pets, we ask that you walk your pet away from the building and pick up after them. Guests are responsible for their pets behaviour at all times and any damage or disturbances caused by your pet will result in repair and cleaning fees as well as eviction. Your pet must be on a leash in all of the common area areas of the condo. Any extra cleaning required due to pet related incidents will be charged back to you For safety reasons, pets must be created if left alone in the condo. People live in the building, so you must be considerate of the neighbours and ensure that your pets do not bark excessively when they are left alone. There are no extra guest allowed in this building. People live in this building in this building is for quiet enjoyment only. The City bylaw does not allow for any extra guests and Security will evict and deny any extra guests. If you were found to have extra guest, you may be evicted as well.
