The space A renovated Annex with a quirky vibe built onto an adjoining 1960's Bungalow. Upstairs a converted attic space with a double bed and large hd tv. Sit and have breakfast by the large roof window and enjoy the lough Foyle views. Downstairs has a modern decor toilet and shower room, ask Alexa to play you something while your having a shower. The kitchen has all the mod cons and has beautiful birch ply cabinets throughout. The sitting room has a large dining table and a huge sofa that all the family can sit on while watching a movie on the projector. Down the hallway the downstairs bedroom has a triple bunkbed. Outside is a decking area that has a fire pit, a hot tub, outside furniture and also a hammock. The Hot Tub is drained and cleaned after each guest then filled with fresh water.
