Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Large lovely plot with soccer goals and a trampoline. Borrow bicycles and enjoy the tranquility of the forest... or cycle to a wonderful and very child-friendly swimming lake about 2 km from the cottage. The cottage is secluded and directly adjacent to the forest. Seeing moose, fox and deer is not uncommon. Popular destinations such as Sweden's largest low-price department store Ullared and Västernstaden High Chaparall are at a convenient distance. The space The cottage is about 125 years old and has the genuine cottage feeling with all the comforts. The rooms are fresh and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. In addition to the two bedrooms (6 beds), one of which is a walk-through room to the second bedroom, there is a bed in the living room and two single beds in the guest room/guest house. Note that the number of guests is 8 in total but there is the possibility to be flexible when choosing a bed. Extra mattresses are also available. Please note that bed linens and bath towels are not included. Duvets and pillows are available, of course. In the kitchen, there is a genuine and fully functional iron stove to use. Two refrigerators/freezers are available. In the living room, there is a wood-burning stove to enhance the coziness factor. In addition to the shower in the bathroom, there is also a lovely and well-secluded outdoor shower. The plot is large (6700 sqm) with a lawn that is made to have varied activities on. The trampoline, swings, soccer goal and moose tower are usually popular. Access to several badminton rackets, boule, kubb and darts is available. Indoors, there are a number of games, puzzles and Lego to occupy yourself with. Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. Other things to note Brochures and maps about the many interesting and exciting excursion destinations and attractions will be available in the house. Some examples: Rental of fishing boat and canoe 15 km Brexet Camping , Golf course 25 km Rydö Golf, VJ-vilt, a wonderful wild game restaurant and shop 25 km, Isaberg Mountain Resort 40 km, Charlottenlund a cozy restaurant with llama next to 25 km. In the nearest urban area, about 15 km away, there is a cinema, skate ramp, bowling alley, library and bathhouse. The cottage has its own well with clear and fresh water that has been tested and is without remark. However, it is important to note that in a particularly dry and hot summer, there is a risk, however very small, that the water supply may decrease. This has only occurred once in 10 years. Nevertheless, we would like to emphasize the importance of not "wasting" water unnecessarily.
