The space 2 parking spots and a grand entryway. Nice updated bathroom downstairs, modern kitchen with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, and everything you need to cook! Some condiments are available; however, not all are provided. Feel free to bring your own. Brand new beds, leather couch, comfortable chairs, smartTV, updated bathroom. The living room has leather furniture, a smart TV with your streaming service of choice (Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, etc.), and a wood-burning fireplace. Work remotely! 200MB+ wifi, an external monitor, and a desk upstairs. Two patios. One downstairs with an outdoor table and seating for 6. The upstairs one on the master has two more outdoor chairs. Both have gorgeous views of the open forest. Gas heat, a wood-burning fireplace (wood not provide), and fans to cool it down in the summer. The backyard area has access to the forest, a seasonal stream, and sledding when there is snow! Guests should be aware that the forest is home to many creatures, great and small. And since our backyard is the forest, some tiny ones may get into the house occasionally. No refunds will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, a pack rat, etc. We regularly schedule pest control, so you might see some traps here and there in the home because the pest control people recently just did their rounds. Sorry for the inconvenience. If this is a problem for you, PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE. NO REFUNDS. Please be careful walking around the property, especially when it snows; some spots are slippery. Ice melt salt is available by the main entrance door. Please exercise caution, as we are not liable for any falls or accidents during your stay. Use the portable space heater ONLY IF the main heater is not functioning. Using the portable heater may cause a power outage, and maintenance may not be available until the following day.
