Both have gorgeous views of the open forest. Gas heat, a wood-burning fireplace, and fans to cool it down in the summer. The backyard area has access to the forest, a seasonal stream, and sledding when there is snow! ”Guests should be aware that the forest is home to many creatures, great and small. And since our backyard is the forest, some tiny ones may get into the house occasionally. No refunds will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, a pack rat, etc. We regularly schedule pest control, so you might see some traps here and there in the home because the pest control people recently just did their rounds. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please be careful walking around the property, especially when it snows; some spots are slippery. Use the portable space heater ONLY IF the main heater is not functioning. Using the portable heater may cause a power outage, and maintenance may not be available until the following day.
