The space Living room has a 50" smart TV, Blu-Ray player and surround sound system, a selection of cards and board games, Atari, Sega, and PS1 gaming systems, books, CDs and DVDs. Sofa pulls out into a bed that sleeps two. Dining area has a large table just off the living room and kitchen areas with seating for 8. Kitchen area has additional bar top seating for 4 at the peninsula countertop. Patio is in a large fenced in backyard with a fire pit, hammock, and grill. Patio furniture includes a large outdoor table that seats 6 and a wicker loveseat and seats 2. LED string lights set the mood for a cozy evening after dark. Turn them off and you can see the stars on a clear night. Master Bedroom #1 has a king bed, 50" smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, walk-in shower and jetted soaker tub. Both bedside lamps have USB outlets. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, TV with Chromecast, and a cozy reading nook. Both bedside lamps have USB outlets. Guest access Guests will have access to most of the home and backyard, except the locked storage room upstairs and the items along the east wall of the garage used for property maintenance, as well as the water heater and furnace equipment in the garage. These areas and equipment are restricted and should not be entered or touched. However, guests are welcome to park 1 vehicle in the garage, as well as use the home gym equipment, the small TV, and the 2 bicycles in the garage. (NOTE: Ride at your own risk! Hosts and co-hosts not responsible for any cycling-related injuries.) Feel free to move the bikes to park longer vehicles on the right side of the garage, but please DO NOT move the treadmill. Other things to note During the winter season, the front door may need to be pushed in / pulled out to tightly close in cold weather before locking with electronic deadbolt.
