Skiing, snowboarding and tubing (15 min to Tenney Mtn, 25 min to Ragged Mtn, 45 min to Waterville Valley or Loon Mountain) 5 minutes to Newfound Inn 20 minutes to Plymouth State University Crazy Cat winery is 5 minutes away. Hermit Woods, Haunting Whisper wineries within 30 minutes Woodmans, Travelers Rest, Shackett's Artisan Brew Pubs nearby. Guest access Access to the entire condo. Other things to note Access to the private beach through an under road tunnel or short walk down the road. The beach has a day dock where you can pick up passengers.
