The uniqueness of this setting allows for a peaceful getaway yet easy to get to. Located on the banks of the White River in Flippin, Arkansas, you are only five miles from town. A paved road leads down to the home, which sits behind a privacy gate providing even more peace and quiet in a country setting. The recently renovated 2,500 square foot three bedroom, two bath home is situated between the stretch of river known as Tucker Shoals and Wildcat Shoals and only eight miles downstream from Bull Shoals Dam - arguably the best section of the river for both numbers and quality of fish. A private dock and easy access to a private ramp nearby makes accessing the water next to unbeatable. Store your boat in the stall free of charge during the entire stay. Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the river go by in the climate controlled sun room. Our game room, complete with a professional grade shuffle board table and 75" tv keeps spirits high if the weather turns bad. You will find it easy to cook in the recently remodeled kitchen. Both propane and charcoal grills are available as well as a R&V fish cooker for your catch of the day! Charcoal and oil are not provided. Bedrooms are created with comfort and relaxation in mind. Chromecast Smart TV's with free YouTube TV are found in two bedrooms and in the large game room. We offer fiber optic high speed internet. We want your time in our Flyaway to be perfect. We live close by and are available should questions or needs arise. While relaxing off the water, it’s common to see wild turkey, whitetail deer, bald eagles, blue heron, geese, and other wildlife both on the river and in the spring-fed pasture. Canoeing and kayaking are popular activities along the river as well. Make the trip even easier by organizing a float from upstream with our place as your final destination. If lake-fishing is more your style, Bull Shoals Lake is only a 15 minute drive away where you can rent boats for fun or sport at the local marina. The lake is home to large-mouth bass, white bass, crappie, and walleye. If you’re here for the lake, our home is setup with external outlets for charging and don’t forget the security of being behind a privacy gate on a dead end road.
