In a quiet street in the Berence valley with hiking, walking and cycling. A two minute walk over the river to the town centre and weekly market. Villedieu les Poêles copper town/bell foundry 14 kms. (Mainline trains to Paris 3 hrs) Granville town & Port 25 kms (Ferries to Jersey/Chausey) Sandy Beaches 20 kms Mont St Michel 54 kms WW2 Beaches/Memorials 70-80 kms The space A secure sliding gate from the street takes you into the courtyard with a large garage where your vehicles can be safely parked. In the garage is a table tennis table and a dartboard. Through a separate gate at the side of the property is a large garden area with apple trees and a picnic table and garden chairs. Children need to be supervised in the garden. Entering the house from the courtyard you are in an open plan living/dining room with a sofa bed and a kitchen area. A pellet burning stove makes it cosy on colder evenings. There is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs is a landing and two bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with washbasin, vanity unit and toilet. There is a street view from one bedroom, and a view of the courtyard from the other. The house has Fibre WiFi. Sorry but we do not accept pets. Other things to note There are two bicycles in the garage, which you can borrow.
