Idyllic house in quiet location

Characterful house in great quiet location close to cafes, restaurants and shops on lively Seaview Parade. You'll be 15 minutes walk away from the beach and the train station for trips to Melbourne CBD. You'll also be in the heart of Melbourne's sports district before you know it attending the F1 Grand Prix, Tennis Open, AFL Grand Final. Our house has the usual facilities like aircon, netflix and also WiiU for the kids. There is also a relaxing deck in the back for soaking up the afternoon sun. The space Our house is in quiet leafy cul-de-sac in the picturesque suburb of Beaumaris. The house has ample free parking outside with its own one off street parking space at the side of the house and easy access into the single storey property. It has a cosy open plan kitchen and living area with a hardwood island doubling as a breakfast bar. The kitchen has lots of storage in both the island and pantry area and a spacious fridge freezer. The dining area caters for 6 people and the living room and large comfortable sofas for relaxing and watching TV, movies or playing games. If the kids need their own space, there is also a rumpus room with sofa, table, games and TV. It has 2 double and 1 single bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, bedside and dressing tables. Finally, there is one wet area bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the locked shed at the back. Other things to note There are numerous very kid friendly beaches within 5 minutes drive of our house. There are also cafes servicing most of these beaches. There is also Beaumaris Concourse only 2 minutes drive away with its cafes, restaurants, supermarket and boutique shops.
