This peaceful hill top cottage in Gilmour Ontario is the perfect place for you and your family to disconnect. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature, the cottage is situated in a unique way that offers many seating areas with stunning views of the lake. Enjoy the lake by taking a stroll down the hill across the road where you can swim off the dock, take in the sun, watch the sunset, and have an evening fire(check for regulations). We look forward to sharing our little paradise with you. The space The newly renovated open spaced kitchen is fully equipped and will have you cooking up your favorite meals in no time. There are even fresh herbs on the balcony for you to enjoy. There is : 1 fully furnished living room ( 2 full bathrooms 2 large decks with 1 propane BBQ and 1 dome charcoal BBQ 2 Fire pits 1 behind the house 1 down by the lake The cottage is set up for two families with two separate living rooms and kitchens and entrances. The downstairs 1 bedroom is occupied by the owner. Although if needed by the guests it can be made available, with an extra charge. Guest access Guest have access to the upper part of the house,and one bedroom downstairs,playroom and lake with dock, fire pits. The 1 Bedroom apartment is occupied by the owner. Although it can be made available for the guests for an extra charge of $400 abon request. Strict policy against unauthorized parties,the guest are required to agree to all house rules. Please do not have unlisted guests at this property. Age Requirements guets should be 24 years old and above. Exceptions abon request. Children of all ages are welcome. Other things to note Please note that ALL GARBAGE must be taken by guests or brought to dump on specific days that it is open(dates are available at time of booking).
