The space You will have exclusive access to my spacious downtown apartment including the bedroom, living room, full kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is big, bright with modern, and clean design. For work or leisure you are welcome to make use of the fast Wifi, smart TV, freshly cleaned linens and amenities to make the most of your trip! If you need something specific, check my amenities or ask. Don't be shy, I am always happy to help you with planning your trip. Guest access During your stay you will have exclusive, private access to my apartment. I have a convenient self check-in system in place so you can arrive anytime after your scheduled check-in time and access the apartment by yourself. I send you the detailed instructions a full day prior to your date of arrival so you have the time to read, understand and ask any questions you may have. As my guest you are welcome to utilize any and all of the sophisticated and modern appliances in my newly renovated apartment. Other things to note You pick up the keys at a KeyCafe locker box about 10 minutes easy walk from my building. Please be sure you read the full instructions I send you and that you pick up your keys at the KeyCafe before coming to my building. Check-in later than 12am after my Check-in window is possible, but I am not guaranteed to be awake to reply that late. Please read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and be sure to have the instructions on hand when you arrive. If you must receive mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient solution prepared for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests. If I am not in town I do have someone to take care of my guests, and my housekeeper can often assist you as well. They may need time to come to the building to assist The apartment is downtown and has good soundproofing but note the sounds of the city and nightlife are various and unpredictable. I do have real neighbors. Famously, construction in Montreal is inconsistent and plentiful, if there is expected noise nearby I have adjusted my prices to reflect this. The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability. Snow is removed regularly when my staff comes to the building, it is not cleared every day. In case of long stays or during extreme Winter weather, there is a shovel and some ice-removing salt you are welcome to use.
