Newly renovated luxury annexe in the countryside

Welcome to The Annexe, a lovingly renovated space, nestled in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. Whether you need to relax in this calm, stylish space, or you're exploring the historical towns nearby, The Annexe will be the perfect bolthole for your time in Shakespeare's county. Sit with a drink in the beautiful garden or cosy up next to the fire, the space is for you to enjoy and relax. Stratford-upon-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa and Warwick are all within 20 minutes by car. The space This is a newly refurbished, luxurious detached guest house in the quiet village, Claverdon. We have thought of everything needed to make your stay as comfortable and homely as possible. The living space has a 3 seater sofa, Smart TV with streaming services, magazines and games for you to enjoy. A log burner with ample logs means you can sit watching the fire or the TV - whichever you prefer! In the kitchen, you will find a fridge/freezer, oven, hob and all the utensils you need to cook up a storm! Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, oil, salt & pepper are available, as well as some other goodies on arrival. A dining table and 2 chairs overlook our stunning views. Get cosy in the bedroom - a double bed with comfy cotton bed linen and high quality down duvet and pillows ensures you get a restful nights sleep. Get ready at a console table with mirror and hairdryer, and there are hangers for clothes. The bathroom has a dual head shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Fluffy cotton bath sheets are provided as well as some extra toiletries, should you have forgotten anything! Outside, you will find a private terrace with table and chairs, so you can enjoy drinks in the sun, overlooking our gardens and an ancient roman fort. Parking is free and is next to The Annexe. There are security cameras outside, meaning you and your belongings are safe. A welcome pack gives information about the local area, including recommended restaurants, markets, cafes, farm shops and places to visit. Please note: This space is not suitable for children of any age, so we do not accept bookings with infants. We have free range chickens and cats that may come and visit you on the terrace. Portable barbecue usage needs to be agreed in advance so we can advise you where it is appropriate to use these. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by fields, so we occasionally have agricultural vehicles working nearby. Guest access The Annexe is yours for the entirety of your stay and is completely private. The hosts live next door, so should you have any questions, we are happy to help, but will also leave you to enjoy your stay. Self check-in is easy - a key lock box allows you to check-in after 3pm and details for this are sent prior to your arrival. The access to The Annexe is flat, apart from a lip into the door and 1 step to the bedroom. Please contact us if you want to discuss if the access is suitable for your mobility needs.
