Please do not touch or tamper with the cameras. SMOKY MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE: If you see wild animals during your stay please do not feed them. Stay away from them. Bears are definitely home in the Great Smoky Mountains and our guests have been known to see them occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bear cage located outside the cabin, securing the locks. If you leave garbage outside, it will attract little critters & bears. HOUSEKEEPING: We do not send a cleaning crew to the property during your stay. Only prior to your arrival and after your departure. We do provide a starter set of disposable and personal hygiene products, but be prepared to need additional supplies based upon your guest count and length of stay, ENTERTAINMENT: Please bring your streaming subscription login/passwords for use on Smart TVs (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, etc). Streaming is available on all other TVs. OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: No unauthorized fires (including candles). INCLEMENT WEATHER: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance. VISITS TO THE NATIONAL PARK: Effective March of 2023 The National Park Service is requiring a parking pass for all vehicles entering the park and plan on parking for more than 15 minutes in any one spot.
