The space We fell in love with this condo at first sight. It has been designed with a modern feel, but with details that harmonize with the surrounding area. It is cozy, bright, and calming to be able to wake with the sound of the loons on the lake and see the morning sun sparkling across Paugus Bay. The convenience of the day dock across the street opens up the heart and soul of the Lakes Region: Lake Winnipesaukee. We look forward to spending many years of enjoyment here. However, while we continue to have busy professional lives, we don't feel this property should go unenjoyed.
