The space The apartment offers 84 m² of comfortable living space and is thoughtfully and functionally furnished – ideal for a relaxing stay in a peaceful setting. It features: - a separate bedroom - a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed - a fully equipped kitchen - a bathroom with both shower and bathtub - a large covered terrace with electric sunshade - an additional lounge with lake views and cozy seating The lounge is a special highlight – perfect for board game evenings, social gatherings, or simply unwinding at the end of the day while enjoying the natural surroundings. In addition, a separate, physically detached recreation room with its own entrance is available. Table football and table tennis provide space for fun, activity, and shared moments. Large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere and offer beautiful views over the Günz Valley and toward the lake. High-speed fiber-optic internet (LAN and Wi-Fi) is also available, making the apartment ideal for longer stays or remote work. Guest access You have private use of the 84 m² holiday apartment. In addition, a separate recreation room with its own entrance is available on the property. This room may also be used by us, but it is physically detached from the apartment and does not affect your privacy. The terrace, lounge, and all areas belonging to the apartment are exclusively for your use. Other things to note The Oberrieder Weiher is one of the largest swimming lakes in the region and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family. In addition to swimming and relaxing, stand-up paddling (SUP), windsurfing, and fishing are possible. Spacious sunbathing lawns, walking paths around the lake, and a sun terrace with refreshments invite you to unwind. At the nearby campsite, you will also find a small beer garden and a kiosk for everyday essentials. In the neighboring village of Breitenthal (approx. 1 km), a cozy local restaurant serves Italian cuisine with freshly prepared pizza – perfect for a relaxed evening after a day at the lake. A local butcher shop is also located in the village. The town of Krumbach (approx. 7 km away) offers a good selection of restaurants, cafés, and shopping facilities, as well as a charming town center ideal for a leisurely stroll.
