Guest access Guests have full access to the property except the 3 bay garage, the storage area in the garage under the house and the 2 greenhouses on the property. There are signs posted on the greenhouses to refrain from touching or entering them. Other things to note There are many areas of the property that require adult supervision of children at all times: the indoor railings on the third floor overlooking the second floor, the outdoor decks, the pool, two ponds, hot tub and the seasonal stream on the property. Pet Policy: Additional pet fee will be included in quote. -Please bring your own sheets to cover any and all couches, chairs and beds the dog may be up on during your stay. -Pick up dog waste every day from the yard during your stay(it can be thrown into the nearby wooded areas adjacent to the lawn areas) -Clean all dog bowls prior to your departure -Dog(s) must NOT be left unattended in the house during your stay.
