New and modern, with a view. By the city center.

The apartment was completed in the summer of 2023. It is bright and modern and consists of a kitchen with all facilities, a living room with sofa area and TV, a bathroom with a large shower, a hallway, and a bedroom with a 150 cm bed. All rooms have a window overlooking Hammerfest harbor area, Melkøya and Håja. The apartment is located in a side street without traffic, just a 5 min walk from the city center. Unfortunately, we don't have parking with us because the street is too narrow. The space The property is located in a side street without traffic and with few neighbors, on a plateau right above the sea. Below the plateau is a hiking trail you can follow all the way to the city center if you are not in a hurry. You can use the garden if you wish and have a coffee on the bench in the summer. In winter it is possible to see the northern lights from the garden if it is clear weather. The apartment is located on the ground floor with its own entrance from the street, while we live on the floor above. We are a quiet and calm couple in our 40s without children. It is not that big, but feels spacious due to large windows and good layout. We have invested in sound insulation, so voices and music carry little between the floors, but since it is a wooden house, guests can sometimes hear our steps when walking in the rooms right above the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal, including the garden Other things to note We have a soon 16-year-old dog weighing 4 kg. She barks a little, but it can happen if she meets people on the street. She's a little demented, so she probably doesn't remember meeting you before. She doesn't bite and loves cuddling. She is deaf and does not obey the call anymore. She is not so adventurous in her older days, so on a good weather day she may wander a little on her own on the outside. If you are allergic to dogs or are afraid, please let us know in advance and we will keep her away from the garden.
