Our peaceful home is located just five minutes walk from Tutukaka Marina, shops and restaurants and ten minutes drive to postcard perfect beaches like Whangaumu, Sandy Bay and Matapouri. Swimming, fishing, diving and surfing are all on your doorstep! Our home is set up for families with plenty of space for kids and indoor/outdoor flow on tap. Enjoy dinners on the deck, veges from our organic garden and a Northland summer. Bliss! The space Our home is relatively new (18 months old) and when it's not rented out, you'll find our family of five enjoying our peaceful little spot here in paradise. We're delighted to share it with you too. The house is on a flat section with plenty of parking, a large deck and front yard. You'll find a kayak as well as the outdoor shower out the back so you can wash off after a day at the beach. Indoors our kitchen, dining and lounge is a bright open plan space that looks out on the front yard making it the perfect spot to watch the kids from. The rest of our house is rounded out with a laundry, three bedrooms, bathroom and an ensuite off the master bedroom. Other things to note Our home is on tank water supply which means we're reliant on rainfall! During the summer months, we ask that you be mindful of this and conserve water as much as possible. This could include shorter showers, ensuring the dishwasher is full before using it and using eco settings on our washing machine.
