Steeple Country Escapes offers a modern twist to a slice of history with our beautiful Church house. You can enjoy all the comforts that the house provides, but really focus on the important things like spending time at the local Cockburn river having a picnic or fishing, horse trail riding, walking around the “Village in the Hills” taking in all the stunning sights and sceneries, eating at all of the restaurants and cafes in Tamworth and just forgetting about reality for a while. The space The church has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people with fresh linen, comfortable pillows, plush sheets with soft mattresses complimented by mattress toppers and bedding ensuring you have the dreamiest sleep. Bedroom 1, a queen bed and bedroom 2 also a queen bed. These two bedrooms have built in robes to ensure your luggage and possessions are safely tucked away. Bedroom 3, a double bed. The bathroom is one of the features of the property - freshly renovated the bathroom consists of stunning brushed brass fittings, a heritage claw bath tub and complimentary Body wash, Body lotion, Shampoo and Conditioner. The simple kitchen boasts all of the amenities like a fridge, smeg toaster, kettle, nespresso pod machine, microwave, stove and cooktop. Provided on the back deck is a four burner BBQ to ensure you can prepare all meals with comfort and ease. The church also features a luxurious two-person infrared sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or simply indulging in some peaceful relaxation. Infrared saunas are known for their therapeutic benefits, offering a gentle, soothing heat that penetrates deep into the muscles, helping to relieve stress, detoxify, and improve circulation. With adjustable temperature settings and a serene atmosphere, it's an ideal spot to melt away tension and enjoy some personal wellness time. Other things to note We're delighted to offer a complimentary bag of firewood for your first evening with us between the months of May - September.
