With 2 good size bedrooms both with queen beds, a spacious lounge with large flatscreen television, sunroom, modern kitchen and bathroom, your decision to holiday here will not disappoint! The space Victoria Cottage is a beautiful attractive 1939 California Bungalow. The lounge is spacious with high ceilings. The leather lounge with chase is comfortable to sit back and relax. There is a large flatscreen television with Netflix and other subscribed channels to watch. The dining room has a large timber table and some beautiful antique furniture and is heated with an electric Dimplex heater. The kitchen has everything that you need with modern near new appliances. The main bedroom is large with timber floors, queen bed and antique wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom also has queen bed and antique wardrobe. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a luxury rain shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash lotion are provided. The laundry also includes a 2nd toilet. The sunroom is a great place to sit back, relax and read a book. The courtyard is private and a great place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee and relax. Guest access Guests will have the entire use of the property except the garage which we use for storage. Other things to note Tea and coffee are provided but not milk.
