More than 150 m² completely renovated and tastefully decorated, independent spaces for greater privacy, double living room including one around an old wine press, 5 themed bedrooms, with TV, each more surprising than the last, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets. JBL audio system, garden, parking, laundry... all 1.7 km from the Zoo! The space The cottage is a former 1930s press, renovated in 2023. The original materials have been preserved such as the floor tiles, travertine, cement tiles... the renovation brings all the 4-star comfort we all love! The ground floor offers a beautiful entrance with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a 1st living room with decorative fireplace. From there, you have access to the pressoir, a beautiful room in terracotta tiles, with a kitchen/bar area, second TV lounge. The floor is accessible by the entrance but also by the pressoir with its superb spiral staircase. You will discover 5 themed rooms: -> a Moroccan bedroom with 140 bed, typical decoration, tataoui-style ceiling, TV, air conditioning etc. -> a Chinese room with 140 bed, traditional claustra, possibility of extra bed for child or baby bed, TV, air conditioning etc... -> a Colonial room with 160 queen size bed, a warm atmosphere, four-poster bed, TV, air conditioning etc... -> a Tropical room composed of twin beds, wood and plant decoration, full of little secrets to discover, TV, air conditioning, children's games etc... -> a Bohemian room with 160 queen size bed, TV, air conditioning, nature decor, sober Outside, laundry area with barbecue, terraces and garden, parking for 4 cars.
