Brand new mini-villa perfect for those who want to live close to central Stockholm and at the same time enjoy the amazing nature that Lidingö has to offer. 15 minutes by car to the city and 20 minutes by bus/subway. The space The house is located on our property, but completely private in relation to the main house. The house is in a quiet residential area. The house has two floors. Downstairs there is an entrance, kitchen/dining room and bathroom and upstairs there is a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as a bedroom. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide) in the living room and in the bedroom there is a double bed (180 cm wide). Guest access You have access to the whole house. There are no private rooms or spaces in the house. There is free parking just beside the house. Other things to note There is a possibility to borrow a crib and high chair if you wish
