This home is in the beachfront row of houses and has a walkway leading from the swimming pool down onto the beach. This house boasts 4 spacious en suite bedrooms, of which two are sea facing and two are garden facing. The space Bedroom 1 – sea facing – 1 king bed – sleeps 2. This bedroom has an inside en suite bathroom as well as an en suite outside shower for those hot days Bedroom 2 – sea facing – 1 king bed – sleeps 2. This bedroom also has both an inside en suite bathroom as well as an outside en suite shower. Bedroom 3 – 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed – sleeps 4 Bedroom 4 – 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed – sleeps 4 All bedrooms are airconditioned and also have ceiling fans. Lock up safes in each room. The open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, and inside bar area overlook the swimming pool and ocean and open onto an outside lounging area. The wooden deck stretches out towards the sunken swimming pool and private beach walkway. The house is fully equipped for self-catering and has staff daily to clean up. The kitchen is equipped with 2 drink fridges, 2 double door fridges/freezers, 1 chest freezer, a washing machine, and a gas hob and oven as well as a toaster, microwave, snackwich maker, and tumble dryer. The outside has a Weber braai and a stainless steel wood/charcoal braai. The staff can set up a gazebo and camping chairs on the beach for you There is a registered launch site for boats on the estate. Fishing licenses are obtained at Ponta D Ouro . The beach is also in close proximity / we are centrally positioned to the main reef which is child-friendly at low tide. Guest access The house is rented as a whole. Other things to note **Please be advised that you will need a 4x4 vehicle to gain access to the property due to the sandy roads.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. LAUNDRY Macici will do laundry if required at a cost of R120 per load. Staff Tips Whilst the staff are paid a salary, gratuities are well received as they do work extremely hard to ensure that your stay in our Beach House is unforgettable for all the right reasons. Please don't be shy. Should you want either one of them to do ANYTHING else for you, please negotiate with them directly. They are both, of course, keen on earning a bit extra money. If the group consists of more than 6 people, an extra helper is brought in at R125 per day . Please make sure you have cash to pay the staff. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No Pets are permitted at any of the houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules I will retain the full breakage deposit. *Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
