Set in beautiful countryside between Mauroux and the Bastide town Tournon d'Agenais with its beautiful square and restaurants. This traditional stone house offers fantastic views, peace and privacy. It is ideal for one or two families or a few friends sharing with a private saltwater pool and garden. The main space is a sociable open plan kitchen /diner / living room leading on to a covered balcony with fresco dining and great views. There are trees in the garden that provide natural shade. The space All the rooms in the house are generous. The two ground floor bedrooms have French doors leading to the garden and pool. They share a bath and shower room. There is a separate toilet. The main living space is on the first floor. On the top floor are two more bedrooms sharing a shower room with toilet. Guest access Guests can access all areas except the barn which will be locked. The utility room has the washing machine, iron and ironing board. The heating system is in this room but please do not adjust. Other things to note The house is our home and as such is set up with personal affects that we have chosen and we hope guests will enjoy and look after as much as we do. It is spacious and delightful. There is fibre broadband.
