Beautiful house on Sejerø

Our lovely cottage is architect-designed and built in 2012 as a year-round residence. It is located in Sejerby, within walking/biking distance to the ferry, good beaches and the island's grocery store. From the house, there is a view of the open landscape with beautiful sunsets and marsh harriers and roe deer as frequent guests. Here you will find peace and quiet and a fantastic light as well as rich opportunities to enjoy the beautiful hilly landscape, the island's bird and wildlife and the beaches. There is also good coastal fishing for sea trout, among other things. The space The home is cozily decorated with rough plastered walls, light wooden floors and a wood-burning stove. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen/living room with four patio doors, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with a washing machine and an entrance with access to the morning terrace as well as stairs to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor, a cozy repos with a workspace, a folding bench and an armchair with a lovely view through a large stained glass window, as well as the house's two other bedrooms, one with a cot and toys for younger children. Guest access As we rent out our cottage during the periods when we, our children and grandchildren do not use the house, we have, for example, our clothes, etc. in the closet in the bedroom. You have access to all parts of the house as well as the house's two garages, and we have freed up parts of the closet in the entrance hall for your clothes. You are welcome to use the basic items found in the kitchen, but we ask you to replenish them if anything runs out. Feel free to use games, barbecue, beach equipment, bicycles, etc. Other things to note We ask you to read the electricity meter upon arrival and departure as well as settlement at DKK 4 per consumed kW. Bed linens and towels must be brought with you. However, it can be purchased for 100 DKK per person.
