Description
In the heart of the Pays de Cocagne in Tarn, a few minutes from the medieval village of Lautrec, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France. Surrounded by wheat and sunflower fields, this old farmhouse with character, built in 1850 and completely renovated. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The geographical location allows many cultural, sports or festive activities, whether on site or nearby, not to mention the gastronomy of Tarn. The space The Domaine de Labadie offers 3 cottages including this one: the "Les Lavandes" cottage. This independent cottage has a capacity of 4 to 5 people (100 m2). With its terrace surrounded by lavender and laurel, this stone house is an old guardhouse, a farm building formerly used for the storage of wood and tools. It is composed of a ground floor, a mezzanine and an attic bedroom. The ground floor includes a large living room, a bedroom (160 cm bed) and the bathroom. The living room is on 2 levels with on one side a kitchen open to the dining area and on the other a living and sitting area. French doors overlook the terrace and a separate garden with unobstructed views of the Lautrec countryside. The floors are terracotta in the tradition of the Midi-Toulouse habitat. This gîte has direct access to the pool shared by the three gîtes. Equipment: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, an electric stove with oven, a microwave, a hood, a dishwasher, small appliances… The washing machine is located in a nearby annex. The mezzanine accommodates a sofa bed. Under the attic is a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm. During your stay I will be available by phone and can go to the site if needed.
